The community is featured on a highly visible 4.7-acre site near the intersection of Highway 164 and Capitol Drive — across from the Meadow Creek Market shopping center. Construction on the four-story building is anticipated to take approximately 20-months, welcoming residents in early 2025. The Westerly aims to move senior living in a new direction with the tagline “Free to Be”. The brand and tagline emphasize the relaxed and nostalgic nature of the Lake Country area. Amenities include an aquatic center and a golf simulator.
