Matter Development Breaks Ground on ‘Artalia Bayside’ Senior Living Community

BAYSIDE, WISCONSIN – Matter Development has officially started construction on a 153-unit senior living community called Artalia Bayside – a senior “continuum of care” community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. A ceremonial ground turning event will take place on the site on Monday, October 13.
