On February 20th, the Village of Bayside approved Matter Development’s 153-unit luxury senior living community on OneNorth's 26-acre mixed-use redevelopment in Bayside, WI. This new project will offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care, with high-end amenities on the corner of Brown Deer Rd & Port Washington Rd.
